Are pets allowed?
Yes, small pets are accepted.
In case of cancellation when is my money returned?
In case of cancellation, which must occur before 48 hours of arrival, the money will be returned no later than one week.
Is the structure far from the center?
Our Bed & Breakfast is located in a strategic area, right in the center, a stone’s throw from Piazza del Duomo, and very close to major Florentine attractions.
How can I get to you?
From the Santa Maria Novella station it takes approximately 11 minutes to reach us on foot. Otherwise you can use the bus service, taking the number 14.

Cancellation
It will be possible to cancel your reservation no later than 48 hours before your arrival. After canceling the reservation, the property will personally take care of refunding the money over the course of the following week.
